Linda Freeman is an engineer, advocate, mentor & triathlete. She is passionate about solving automation challenges with a focus on safety, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. She has been a SWE member for over 30 years holding varied leadership roles and is a SWE Fellow. Looking back on her career, she can directly point to skills learned through SWE volunteerism and networking which supported her career success. From learning how to meet new people and networking to gain knowledge, to successful project management and strategic corporate alignment, she practiced those skills here at SWE before the opportunity arose in the workplace. Linda currently works for Rockwell Automation in a technical sales and marketing role as an industry expert for the amusement, airports, and logistics industries.
