Dianne Beever recently separated from Dell Technologies after 18 1/2 years of service. She is very excited to begin a new chapter and explore opportunities for the future! Over her Dell career, Dianne held leadership positions in strategy & global business transformation, merger and acquisition integration, operations management, supply chain strategy and design, process engineering, manufacturing engineering & maintenance management, and channel services. Prior to joining Dell, she spent 8+ years at Cummins Inc., in Columbus Indiana, where she held technical roles in product development, new product introduction, and quality.
Dianne earned her BS in Industrial Technology, an MSM (MBA) from Purdue’s Daniels School of Business, and an MS, Interdisciplinary Engineering from Purdue’s College of Engineering. An avid supporter of education, Dianne is a volunteer leader on the Daniels School Alumni Board, the Purdue College of Engineering Education Industrial Advisory Council, & the University of Texas at Austin SWE corporate advisory board.
Dianne is a life member of SWE and currently serves as the FY24 Society Treasurer and Investment Committee Chair. She has held a variety of volunteer leadership roles at all levels of the Society, with a primary focus on roles that emphasize strategy, leadership, and finances.
Dianne lives in Georgetown, Texas, with her husband, Phong, and their two golden retrievers, Kenzie (10), and Mackey (8). She enjoys college football and basketball and tries to catch any Purdue team that is playing in Texas!
