Amber Kemmerling is a technical leader at the Boeing Company in Airplane Systems Integration Engineering where she is an expert in engineering processes. Amber has been in the aviation workforce since receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Washington in 1993. Her career has involved working inside and outside of the Boeing Company in many roles as an engineer and certification expert. She holds an Ed Wells Global Technical Leadership Certificate, which she uses to apply her technical skills in leading, advising, mentoring and influencing multiple generations of engineers and leaders. She recently has spoken at the Women in Aviation International (2022/2023) and SWE 2023 conferences on Mentoring and Retention topics.
