Angie O’Gorman, P.E. is manager of the Engine Controls and Thrust Reverser Systems team in Propulsion Engineering at The Boeing Company. She has more than 25 years of Boeing experience working as a leader and engineer in propulsion analysis and at the airplane level in product safety. In her current and past roles, Angie has had the opportunity to apply system-level engineering expertise and project management skills to integrate and certify the engine installation on the airplane. Angie earned her mechanical engineering degree at Texas A&M University, holds a professional engineer license in the state of WA and was a recipient of the SWE Distinguished New Engineer award. When not working, Angie enjoys spending time at home or traveling with her husband and three nearly-grown children.
