Lynda Grindstaff
Lynda Grindstaff is a technology engineering executive, cybersecurity expert, board director, strategic advisor for early and late-stage growth companies, and recent retiree. She brings 30 years of experience to leadership teams and boardrooms. Lynda provides companies with stage-specific expertise to drive growth as a strategic operating partner for Kayne Anderson Capital. She sits on the board of directors for Women’s Empowerment and the industry advisory board for CSUS College of Engineering.
Most recently, Lynda was a Vice President of Engineering at McAfee where she led teams responsible for identifying malware and effective counter-solutions. Prior to McAfee, Lynda spent 22 years at Intel in various technical and senior leadership roles driving significant revenue for the company. She has been active with SWE for three decades, a recipient of the SWE Emerging Leader, Prism, and Fellow Awards, and a leader at the local and national levels. Lynda holds four patents.
